Challenge: Day 4 & Day 5

Day 4:
I literally died!! I am I skinnier yet? Retraction: I feel great(sarcastic smile!) But, my face was sooo hot during the 90 minute hell session today, my pores and brain cells were burning out. Mentally I gave up. I skipped pose 18 and 19: Poorna-Salabhasana (Full Locust Pose) and  Dhanurasana (Bow Pose.) I just laid and breathed. My mind was at home, on my couch. I stuck through it.


Day  5:
New teacher was really good. Room was jammed packed. Nonetheless, I did all poses and felt great all the way.


Lesson Learned: A torturous day is almost always followed by an energizing one.
