What's Your Poison?

What will you be drinking this NYE? I'd like to say I will stick to one type of one drink tonight, but record shows- the more the merrier! I will however, enjoy a few Elderflower Champagne Cocktails. 

I was first introduced to this drink at the Paggi House where they call it a French 76. Both are deliciously refreshing and use the secret ingredient St. Germain! Since our NYE Austin weather is at a perfect 78 degrees, this cocktail will hit the spot. Cheers and Happy 2012.
